I won't go back. Don't ruin your good time in this place like I did. Save your money, your dignity, and your palate. Go some place else. Too bad I can't give negative stars. P.S. If you're reading this red rock...that was credit card fraud. The wheels of justice are still turning on that one.
I stopped because I'd been there before the "new management" took over and it was a COMPLETELY different experience from the multiple other times I'd been there. In other words, a GOOD experience. I suggested they needed to learn a little something about customer service as I left. I wasn't loud, and I didn't swear. But I got treated like what seems to pass for food there...GARBAGE.
Great smoked BBQ ribs and smoked chicken sandwich! The ribs might have also had a dry rub because I didn't need any BBQ sauce on them - excellent flavor. The smoked chicken was "super nom-noms, smokey heaven = yes." (Girlfriend's exact words.)
We drove from Eden tonight (Friday night) based on prior reviews. It was really hot inside and full of flies. They were out of pulled pork, which is in we we quite a few menu items. Also no jalapeno poppers or macaroni salad. The server was rude. Ribs were leathery. Rest of the food was fair. Skip this and go closer to Huntsville or Eden.
It's a little out of the way, which is nice, but still only about 10 minutes outside of Huntsville, UT. Certainly worth the trip!
Then she had the utter gall to charge me for a tip I didn't authorize. She even tried to be clever about it and charged me the exact amount of some other menu item. I even witnessed her being short with some stranger that came in the place.
I'm reading this other reviews and can't help but wonder if we were in the same place. The ribs were gritty (fake sugar/vinegar style ribs, too much sugar?), the server was rude. Payed 16 bucks for a half rack of the worst ribs I've ever had (and I've burned plenty myself). Paid 1.50 for a pop for 2 12 ounce canned drinks.

The new owners have really done a great job. It’s clean and friendly with a nice relaxed atmosphere and great service. I could tell with my first bite that these guys are serious about their food. Looking forward to returning to try some of the other dishes. Highly recommend.
Then when we asked for a little extra sauce so I could choke down the nasty ribs that I hadn't said anything about, they wanted to charge us extra for that! When I suggested they'd charged us plenty already and would they please just give us a tiny cup of sauce the lady got hostile and grumped around the place talking loudly about it.
